To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

The Services are owned by Adgine and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adgine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
